Orders & Payments

1. Product Customization & Ordering

We now offer a more convenient way to order your custom gifts directly through our website! Simply visit the "Orders" page, select the product you'd like to personalize (such as a 20oz tumbler, 12oz sippy cup, t-shirt, or hoodie), and complete the form with the required details.

Each form is tailored to the product you choose and collects all the personalization info we need. Once your request is submitted, we’ll follow up via email with a design proof and offer up to 2 revisions before finalizing.

2. Can I request a fully custom design?

Absolutely. We specialize in creating one-of-a-kind pieces based on your vision — not just templates.

3. How long does it take to create my order?

Production timelines vary depending on the item and quantity. We recommend placing your order 2–4 weeks in advance of your desired delivery date.

4. Is there a minimum order for events or bulk gifting?

Yes. For bulk or event gifting, a minimum quantity per item of 6 is required.

Shipping

1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship across North America.

2. What are your shipping options?

Shipping options and rates will be discussed at the time of ordering, based on location and urgency.

3. Do you offer express or rush shipping?

Yes — express options are available depending on order volume and timelines. Please inquire at the time of booking.

Returns

1. Can I return or get a refund on a custom order?

Because all items are handcrafted and customized, all sales are final. A 50% deposit is due upon confirmation, with the remaining balance required prior to shipping.

2. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Each piece is thoroughly inspected before leaving our facility, and design proofs help avoid any mistakes. That said, if something unexpected happens, please contact us directly — we’ll handle each concern with care on a case-by-case basis.

Proofing & Revisions

1. Will I see a proof of my design before it’s made?

Yes! A digital proof will be provided for approval before production begins.

2. How many revisions can I request?

Each order includes two free revisions. Additional changes may be subject to extra charges.

Event & Bulk Gifting

1. Can I book a consultation for event or bulk gifting?

Yes — in fact, we recommend it. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or private dinner party, a consultation ensures we bring your full vision to life.

2. Can I change or cancel my order after personalization has started?

Unfortunately, no changes or cancellations can be made once personalization is in progress.

Yes! We keep records of past designs and can recreate or tweak them to suit your next occasion.
